Our Meditation Space and In-Person Appointments are Now Available By Request

We are slowly settling into our new space in 3610 McTavish, and will be taking individual appointments for our meditation space and in-person consultations with staff members starting Tuesday, September 15th. Our in-person operating hours for the Fall 2020 semester are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. This service is free of charge to currently enrolled McGill students (undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate).

All our staff and visitors must follow the University's COVID-19 health guidelines. This includes, of course, wearing a mask to enter the building and washing/sanitizing your hands. We will meet you at the building's entrance to accompany you to our newly renovated prayer and meditation space! Please stay home if any of the following apply to you:

1. You are experiencing any of these symptoms:

  • fever
  • cough
  • trouble breathing
  • sudden loss of sense of smell

2. You have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

3. You have been outside of the country in the past 14 days.

To make a request to visit MORSL in-person, please fill out this webform and indicate the day and hour slot of your choosing. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Join the Radix 2020-2021 Advisory Board!

Our Radix Advisory Board is open for applications for this new academic year! If you are a current McGill student, consider applying for one of the open positions. We are currently looking for creative and enthusiastic people to fill the roles of:

  • Written Word Editor(s)
  • Visual Arts Editor(s)
  • Publicity & Distribution Coordinator

Members of the board meet roughly every two weeks during the academic year to advise on the magazine’s format and content. This year, due to the impact of COVID-19, all meetings will be held virtually, which means that no matter where you are currently stationed, you can participate in all the regular functions of the board.

Your participation in this volunteer-based position also qualifies for recognition on your Co-Curricular Record, and can be a wonderful line to have on your CV.

If you are interested in applying, please fill out this webform by September 18th at midnight.
