What to Bring for Lunch? Find Inspiration from Fellow Employees 

 

In January 2020, as a part of the My Healthy Workplace monthly theme Take Notice, the Health and Well-being team challenged McGill Employees to bring their lunches for four consecutive weeks to encourage healthy eating and saving money. We asked employees to send in a photo of their favourite lunch and a reflection of how the challenge went for them.

 

 

Seeking Ambassadors

 

Be at the heart of what matters by becoming a MHW Ambassador. My Healthy Workplace is currently seeking ambassadors in areas that do not have adequate representation. As an MHW Ambassador, you will be joining a group of enthusiastic colleagues who wish to support a healthier workplace in their units and organization-wide. Is your area one of them?

Healthy eating is about so much more than food. It is also about being mindful of eating habits, cooking more often, and eating meals with others. The Health and Well-being team is encouraging you to gather your colleagues and friends and eat together!

Latest Updates on the Corona Virus

 

McGill University is carefully monitoring the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, which originated in Wuhan in Hubei province, China. A group of senior administrators is actively engaged in supporting our community members’ well-being through proactive planning and preparation as this situation evolves. While the novel coronavirus has been reported in Québec, the overall risk still remains low. To find out more, please consult McGill's Coronavirus update webpage for the latest information and developments.
