This month's #PopCornTime: Freaks (1932)
Following last month's screening of Persepolis, which included a rich and productive discussion, #PopCornTime will resume on October 30th with a screening of Freaks, a historically important film directed by Tod Browning.
Freaks follows the evocative story of a group of carnival sideshow performers, and promises to stimulate a lively discussion on representation, otherness, and disability with special guest Dr. Gaëlle Fiasse, Professor of Philosophy at McGill.
Wednesday, October 30
