This Month in Dentistry

On a single day in 2019, thousands of McGillians joined together for #mcgill24, raising nearly $2.3 million to support students, teaching, and research. The Faculty of Dentistry is incredibly #mcgillproud to count on the support of such a generous community.

In the Faculty of Dentistry, we empower our students, staff, and faculty to have a positive impact on the world at any scale - whether through simple acts of giving, helping the community, or developing innovative research projects that drive a healthier future for all. McGill24 is a great opportunity to reflect on the difference even the smallest actions can have.

On #mcgill24, your gift to the Faculty goes even further, unlocking extra funds as more people give. What's more, Seeds of Change campaigns receive matching funds for each donation to boost their success.

This year, what difference will you make? On March 11, join in at

Dentistry Celebrates its Centennial

On January 26th, 1920, the McGill University Board of Governors approved a motion to establish the Faculty of Dentistry based on the shared principle of pursuing excellence. 100 years later, these values continue to endure in every Dentistry alumni, and in each new student we admit to the Faculty.

On the occasion of our 100-year anniversary, the Faculty will celebrate this important milestone during the 2020 Homecoming Weekend.
