Building a Tool Around the Power of Data

Dr. Sreenath Madathil's dissertation was recognized with the prestigious Gordon A. Maclachlan Prize, awarded to the most significant disseration across all disciplines in the health sciences. Now, he is building a clinical risk prediction tool using machine learning, hoping to put the power of data in the hands of patients and clinicians. Read more.

Sharing Healthy Smiles

McGill Dentistry has proudly participated in Oral Health Total Health's annual “Sharing Smiles Day” for the past 8 years. The event is held in association with the Miriam Home and Services and aims to improve the oral health of people with special needs, removing any existing attitudinal barriers, and raising awareness. Building Healthy Diversity

Drs. Samim and Power Receive Teaching Awards

During the Convocation Luncheon, Drs. Samim and Power were recognized for their dedicated teaching and student mentorship. Dr. Samim was granted the Howard S. Katz Award for Excellence in Teaching; Dr. Power received the W.W. Award for Excellence in Teaching.
