In Memorial: Dr. Harry Rosen

On November 15th, our Faculty lost a dear former colleague and alumni, Dr. Harry Rosen, who passed away peacefully at age 89. Dr. Rosen had been an integral part of McGill Dentistry for over 60 years through his teaching, lecturing, publishing, and fundraising. He was a pioneer in prosthodontics, and initiated the first Canadian graduate program in his specialty. The Faculty has two scholarships in his name. Dr. Rosen was also a sculptor whose pieces can be found in around Montreal and in Toronto. We extend our sincerest condolences to his widow, Delores, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family and friends. Read more here
