Final Reminder: Sign Up by November 1st
For all students who have exam accommodations as part of their individual accommodation plan:
This is the last reminder that the deadline to register for Fall 2019 finals, scheduled between December 5th - 20th is next Friday, November 1st 2019.
Requests received after this date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee our ability to schedule late requests.
Use the OSD's online exam sign-up form to submit your request. Refer to the dates and times on the schedule on the McGill Exams website when submitting the exam sign-up form.
Final Exam Conflicts
If you meet the definition for an academic conflict, or a religious conflict for your exams, consult the McGill Exams Website and follow the instructions in order to obtain a resolution. These types of conflicts are coordinated directly via the Central Exams Office.
Due to the nature of their exam accommodations, some students registered with the OSD may meet the criteria for an OSD student conflict. An OSD student conflict occurs when a student, by virtue of their disability-related exam accommodations, are scheduled to write more than 8 hours of exams in one day. For students who have signed up for their exams, and meet the criteria for an OSD conflict, you will be contacted via your McGill email starting the week of November 4th 2019 by a member of the Exam Center Staff.

Fitness Access McGill (FAM) Accepting Registrations
Fitness Access McGill (FAM) is a program that supports students with disabilities on campus with accessing physical activity opportunities on McGill’s campus. FAM is a collaboration with McGill Athletics & Recreation, the Office for Students with Disabilities, and the Department of Kinesiology & Physical Education. It provides individuals with an exercise program specifically tailored to their bodies, and with access to adapted exercise equipment at McGill. Exercise activities are done in small group setting, with other FAM participants, with support from a personal trainer specialized in adapted physical activity, and from students in the Department of Kinesiology & Physical Education. For more information, and to register, see the Fitness Access McGill registration form
