Signing Up for Final Exam Accommodations

Please note that exceptionally this semester, we are applying the in-term 14-day sign-up deadline to Final Exam accommodations.

  1. Check the details of your final exam on the April 2021 Final Exam Schedule. Please also review your syllabus and your course announcements to verify that individual accommodations apply to the format of your final exam.
  2. Register for your final exam accommodations as soon as possible and no later than 14 days prior to the start date of your exam using the appropriate exam sign-up form.
  3. Check if you received a confirmation from your instructor or exam administrator stating that your extra-time has been programmed on the testing platform. Please review our February 3rd message for more details!

    ***ALWAYS verify that your exam accommodations have been programmed correctly, when applicable, even if you do not intend to start your exam right away.

Information Session on Public Service Student Recruitment Programs for Students with Disabilities


The Student Office at Health Canada/Public Health Agency of Canada will hold a virtual information session on March 10th to provide students with disabilities an overview of the public service student recruitment programs such as the Employment Opportunities for Students with Disabilities. They will also discuss the process when students require accommodations and will be available to answer questions. If you would like to attend, please click on this link to respond to their survey before the end of the day on Monday, March 1st, 2021.

Language Study Seeking Participants!

The McGill B.E.E. lab is recruiting students to participate in a language study who meet the following: are registered with the OSD, spoke a non-English language at home before the age of 18, and did not attend school in English before the age of 18. To find out more, visit their website.

Fitness Access McGill

Fitness Access McGill (FAM) is a program that helps and supports McGill students with physical disabilities, chronic illness, or other impairments, to access physical activity opportunities.


In the online edition, participants receive a custom workout plan tailored to their bodies, have access to drop-in virtual group training sessions, and will learn skills to assist in maintaining a physically active lifestyle.
