First things first: the West Vancouver Memorial Library Youth Department misses you!
You have no idea how much! Shannon, Lise and Roseanne can’t wait to see you after school and in programs again. Until then, we’ve got you covered.

The Library facility is closed, but we’re still here to support students and educators with ebooks, downloadable audiobooks, other digital resources and virtual programs. Just like you, we’re learning as we go and we look forward to learning together!
LibraryConnect is the best place to get the latest on how to contact us and what programs we’re offering—and we’re adding new ways all the time. We can also help with setting up your Library card so you can borrow digital materials, get great recommendations for kids and more.
What Students and Educators Need to Access the Library At Home
- A West Vancouver Memorial Library card with a home address in West Vancouver.
- Students or staff who live outside of West Vancouver need a special code on their account that tells us that they attend or work at a WV school (we likely put this code on when you signed up for your card—if you can access one of the resources below, you’re set!).
- The Library card’s 4-digit PIN number or password. This should be the last four digits of the phone number you gave us when you signed up for your card.
If your WVML card doesn’t work to access the resources below, or you don’t know your PIN, contact us. We’ll help you!
We've compiled all of our digital resources for kids below.
These are on par with online paid subscriptions like Amazon, Audible and other services.
Your WVML card and PIN will let you sign up for a free account!
