Power-Up and Triumph in the Post-Pandemic World

August 4 - 7, 2021

(100 + speakers - 65 + events - four days)

CATS created PowerSkills, a virtual career summit, as a response to the challenges posed by the pandemic in 2020. The first edition focused on soft skills and their growing importance in the workforce. With countless studies proving that organizations were seeking employees who possessed attributes like adaptability, effective communication skills and emotional intelligence, “soft” hardly seemed like the right descriptor for these skills. With this idea in mind, PowerSkills was born! In this third iteration of PowerSkills, taking place via Zoom from August 4 to 7, 2021, soft skills are still at the core of the summit, but the focus this time is, Lives Transformed: Our post-pandemic era. COVID 19 changed the way we work and interact and as we prepare to enter the workplace post-pandemic, we will have to adapt once again.

With more than 65 sessions including 11 keynote addresses and 120+ speakers from a wide variety of fields and industries, PowerSkills will set you on the right path to triumph in our new (not so) normal. Let’s not forget that we’re all in this together and as such, all sessions are FREE and open to everyone, including students at all levels, working professionals, career transitioners, job seekers and lifelong learners. Register today and feel free to share this information with your personal and professional networks around the world.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at cats@mcgill.ca, or connect with us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
