Wellness Together Canada is a platform for Canadians funded by the Government of Canada providing access to free mental health and substance use supports. The program is managed through the collaborative efforts of existing mental health organizations in Canada, including Homewood Health, Kids Help Phone, Stepped Care Solutions, and Greenspace Health.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, an unprecedented number of people have struggled with problems like worry, low mood, problematic substance use, and more. Wellness Together Canada was created in response to the growing need for support during the pandemic.

By visiting the homepage, you can use the resource selector to access supports such as online courses, peer support groups, information articles, and more. If you’re interested in finding additional tools, you can create an account. By creating an account, you have access to a wider selection of resources through Wellness Together Canada partner websites, some of which let you track your progress over time.

Wellness Together Canada is designed to be used on demand: you get to choose what you need, when you need it. The services range from basic wellness information, one-on-one sessions with a counsellor, to participating in a community of support. Homewood Health continues to be a proud partner in the Wellness Together Canada initiative. Within a year of its launch, more than 1.2 million Canadians have accessed the free online portal.
